How to Arrange Your Trip

1. Arrange a flight through a discount travel agent - best airlines are QANTAS/JAL or CATHAY PACIFIC. You can fly into Sapporo or it is cheaper to fly to Tokyo or Osaka then use ANA and get a voucher from a local travel agent in your country to fly to Sapporo.

2. Book and pay your accommodation with us:

3. We usually book your bus transfers and you pay on directly on arrival to the bus operators. ski hire online through our ground operator booking site.

4. Book your ski hire.. Leave your skis at home! Avoid the excess baggage charges. 20kg max (unless your a Gold or Platinum Member). Visit Niseko Powder Boards & Skis to bookyour skis or boards online.

5. We assist in everything else when you arrive ....
Lift tickets can be purchased simply when you arrive. It's easy and cheap! About $AUD40/day! See lift ticket prices here.

That's ALL you have to do! You will be surprised how easy it is!
Bookings are made for individual rooms based on a per person price.
Rooms are either Twin/Double or Quad share.
Groups of more than 12 up to 20 people may book the whole lodge at a special daily/weekly rate.

Availability

We are accepting individual room bookings or where available whole lodge bookings for a usual minimum of 7 days (sometimes less if available) - on request.

Ski & Equipment Hire
Excess baggage in Japan is an issue. It can cost you heaps if you go over 20kg! We direct you to the best hire equipment in Niseko.
Niseko Powder Boards & Skis have the right equipment for Niseko. Hire online with them before you arrive to get the best gear. They do a pick up & deliver service and can provide you with the best prices in the resort. It's best to pre-book to get the exact skis and boards for the conditions. Remember, it's different snow in Niseko, and you will need the right equipment.

Bus Transfers
We book your bus transfers to and from the New Chitose Airport to the resort. Our on-ground managers will pick you up on arrival in Hirafu and take you to the lodge. You pay the bus operators when you catch the bus from the airport and return from the resort.

Lift Tickets
A single "All Mountain" lift pass allows access to all five areas providing a vast array of both groomed runs, off piste and free-ride terrain in deep powder. Tickets are available for all types of skiing and boarding combinations. Tickets are approx. 3,800yen/day ($AUS40/day), cheaper for 6 days and more. We will help you with selecting the best tickets depending on your stay. You don't need to purchase them before you arrive, you may wish to go snowmobiling, shopping, snow-shoeing, horse riding or skiing to Rusutsu or La Pont - that are other resorts close by.
